When Pascal opened VOG Salon on Rittenhouse Square in 1992, his goal was to bring the elegance and sophistication of Parisian coiffure to Philadelphia. He has succeeded. For the last 20 years, Pascal and fellow stylists at 21M have been celebrated both locally and around the world, having received awards such as The Sun Nationwide Award and The Philadelphia City Paper’s Reader Choice Award. In 1995, after being named "Best Hairdresser" in France, he was deemed one of the "Ten Best Hairdressers in the World" by Coiffure Française. Most recently, his VOG Salon was lauded as one of the "Ten Best Salons in Pennsylvania" (2012) by Vision Satellite Networking, which rates salons throughout the nation.

Pascal grew up near Lille, France, and studied first in Lille with Jean Louis David and Jacques Dessange and later at the famous Formule A in Paris. He studied privately with both Vidal Sassoon and Irving Rusk in Glasgow. At the age of 22, he opened his first salon in Arras, France, and began to work with the prestigious Paris-based VOG group. He soon opened two more salons in Brussels, Belgium. Later on, when Pascal moved to the US and opened his VOG Salon in Philadelphia, it became the first VOG Salon established in the states.

In 2014, Pascal opened 21M Salon, where he and his staff explore the boundaries of contemporary hair design - continually creating their own styles and importing styles from VOG’s vast network of over 700 salons in 10 countries. Come experience his favorite line, now debuting Paul Mitchell, along with a number of other fabulous products used in the salon.

Josephine began her career in hair design in Palermo, Italy, and has cultivated prowess as a stylist with extensive European training. She has been an expert stylist for over 20 years.

Rick started his career in New England under the tutelage of Alida Weergang, World Champion in in the International Hairdressing Olympics. He soon began competing nationally and internationally, including the New York international competition and the Rose D'or in Paris. This led to educating for major companies including L'oreal, Sebastian, Mark Traynor, and Fermodyl. Rick moved to Philadelphia and took a position with a New York based salon where he honed his skills in the art of ethnic haircare. Soon after, he opened the first of two successful multi-cultural salons. He and other members of his team have since joined forces with 21 M Salon.

Rick specializes in advanced hair color, haircutting, and texture services.

Michael is now a longtime resident of Center City Philadelphia, PA. He began his fabulous career in hair color over 20 years ago at Glemby Salon. He left Glemby to become a Redken color educator.

Michael has since become a master in all color lines from his many years of experience. He specializes in creating the most natural hair color for all his clients.
